ResumeAlign AI does not guarantee interviews, offers or employment results.

Your Data

We may collect account data, resume data, job data, usage data and subscription-related information so the Service can function properly. We do not sell your personal information.

AI Usage

Some of your information may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate resume content, summaries, matches and related outputs needed to operate the Service.

Payments

Paid features may require a subscription. Billing is handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Access to certain features may be limited if payment fails or a subscription is inactive.

Ownership

You own the information you submit. ResumeAlign AI owns the platform, software, design, workflows and underlying technology.

Limits of Liability

The Service is provided as is. ResumeAlign AI is not responsible for hiring outcomes or for errors in AI-generated content. You must review all outputs before using them.

Account and Access

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, non-payment, security concerns or violations of our terms.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct and delete certain personal information we collect, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. ResumeAlign AI does not sell personal information.

California residents may submit privacy requests by emailing [email protected] with enough information for us to verify the request. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. If we deny a request in whole or in part, we will explain the basis for the denial where required. We may retain certain information as permitted by law, including for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, debugging, transaction completion and other internal purposes reasonably aligned with consumer expectations.
